Exchange and Return Policies
ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can cancel your order any time before the payment is made without any expenses. If you would like to cancel or adjust your order after the payment is made please follow the instruction below
If your order is not shipped out yet
Please send an email to info@dappstores.com or LINE: @dappstores to inform your order reference number and your payment method.
The payment is non-refundable in cash or credit-card but we will send the cash-voucher for your next order equivalent to your order value if you would like to cancel the order.
In case you would like to adjust the order or change sizes, we will adjust the order according to your request in the equivalent from your original order value.
If your order is already shipped
You can’t cancel or adjust your order if your order is already shipped except there is any defects from the manufacturing process.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Please send email to info@dappstores.com or LINE: @dappstores to inform your order reference number and payment method together with the product style number you would like to exchange.
Please send the products you would like to exchange to
“DAPP UNIFORM CO.,LTD. 5 Ngamwongwan Soi 2 Yaek 1 Ngamwongwan Road, Bangkhen, Nonthaburi, Thailand, 11000” after you receive confirmation for your exchange request by email or LINE.
You can exchange the product within the same value with your purchased product or you would like to exchange to the product which has the higher price you will need to responsible for the different value of the product. If you would like to exchange with the lower price product, we will not reimburse the different value of the product.
If we already received the product, we will confirm you by email or LINE before arranging the new shipment for you.
For sizing exchange, you have to responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange product which will be informed by email or Line@ before shipping out.

REMARK
The product to be exchanged or returned has to be defected product from the manufacturing process or the product that is not correct according to your order and it must be unused.
You have to submit the exchange or return request within 14 days after received the such product. If you cannot follow the exchange and return policies provided, the company has right to deny your exchange and return request submission.
